Program Overview
Relax into a nourishing weekend immersed in natural beauty and gentle practices, reconnecting with yourself among a community of like-minded people. Consider this your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember the effortless harmony that arises when we move in rhythm with the world around us.
Surrounded by the quiet beauty of Sagamore, participants will explore mindful movement, nature-based healing, reflective practices, and community connection.
The intention of this weekend is to unite mind, body and soul. Each day will include some gentle physical practice, contemplation on mindfulness principles, and opportunities to quiet the mind in nature. Begin your mornings with grounding movement and breathwork. Wander the woods or paddle across Sagamore Lake, where the natural world offers space for clarity. Workshops and guided sessions provide tools for cultivating overall well-being, including practices you can carry forward long after the weekend ends.
Shared time among participants fosters a warm and supportive environment, whether through thoughtful discussion, creativity, or simply relaxing together in a beautiful setting. Evenings conclude by the fireside, encouraging connection and restfulness as the day settles into quiet. This program will include additional sessions in camp after checkout, as well as a buffet lunch.
Program Activities:
Opening Reflection - A warm welcome to camp, followed by a short, heartfelt talk introducing key mindfulness principles to guide our weekend, and a soothing tea ceremony.
