On Saturday, August 2, 2025, at our Annual Gala & Benefit, Sagamore celebrated the last fifty years of Sagamore Institute of the Adirondacks’ preservation of Great Camp Sagamore.
The evening celebrated the forethought and innovative work by the founders of what is now Sagamore Institute of the Adirondacks as well as the nascent Preservation League of New York State. Together, they helped ensure the preservation of Sagamore and our ability to share its transformative powers with others for the past 50 years and for the future.
