Program Overview

Step away from the hustle of daily life and into the quiet beauty of the Adirondacks for a yoga and wellness retreat where you will be  surrounded by forest, water, and the grounding rhythm of nature. This retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself. Through mindful movement, meaningful reflection, nourishing practices, and moments of play, you’ll be supported in cultivating deeper connection, renewed vitality, and a more present, intentional way of being.

This retreat is for those longing to reconnect with themselves through gentle movement, reflection, creativity, and rest. It is a space for curiosity—to listen more deeply to your body, heart, and inner knowing. It is a space for creation—not only in art or expression, but in the intentional shaping of a life that feels more aligned and alive. And it is a space for sovereignty—to remember your own voice, your own rhythm, and your own way of being.

Program Instructors

Anne Schultz - Yoga Instructor

Anne Schultz is a licensed mental health practitioner, yoga instructor, and holistic wellness guide devoted to creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves in meaningful and restorative ways. With specialized training in intuitive eating, therapeutic art, Reiki, and trauma-informed practices, she brings a deeply compassionate, grounded, and integrative presence to her work.

Blending mental health wisdom with embodied movement, mindfulness, creative expression, and energy work, Anne supports others in returning to their own inner knowing with greater curiosity, nourishment, and self-trust. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we gently soften out of survival mode and make space for presence, connection, and the truth of who we are.

Rebekah O’Kelley - Yoga Instructor

Rebekah O’Kelley is a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and herbalist whose work centers on helping people reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and the natural world. Her teaching blends mindful movement, nervous system support, and deep rest, creating practices that are both accessible and restorative.

Inspired by seasonal living and her work with plants through her small-batch herbal apothecary, Rebekah brings a gentle, grounded, and nature-based perspective to her offerings. She believes healing often begins by slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with the rhythms of the body and the earth.

Through yoga, Reiki, and herbalism, she aims to create spaces where people can rest, reflect, and return to themselves with greater clarity, resilience, and connection.
