Beer & Bowling Night in Sagamore’s historic 1914 open-air bowling alley—an Adirondack favorite with a twist.
Expert Presentations on brewing techniques, beer styles, tasting fundamentals, the brewery business, and more.
Camp-Wide Beer Tastings featuring an array of craft brews from regional breweries.
Saturday Night Campfire Gathering with live music, good company, and great beer.
Home Brewer Exchange where hobbyists can offer samples of their creations and receive feedback from professional brewmasters and fellow participants.

Program Presenters & Instructors

**John Holl**
*Editor, Podcast Host, & Author*

For more than 20 years John Holl has been covering the beer industry as a reporter and editor. He is the co-owner and editor of All About Beer. On-air he hosts the Drink Beer, Think Beer podcast, the BYO Nano Podcast, and co-hosts Steal This Beer. His work has appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, and NPR. He is the author of several books including *The Craft Brewery Cookbook*. In 2019, John was "enthroned" by the Knights of The Brewer's Fork of Belgium, descendants of the ancient brewer's guild.

Focused on creating top-shelf beers that are unique, worldly, crisp, and always drinkable. There are a lot of cloudy, unfiltered beers out there. That’s fine, but it takes a special level of expertise to produce a crisp, drinkable brew that is properly filtered. We do a little bit of everything here at Drop-In, but we especially pride ourselves on our best in class clear beers.

Established in 2013, Eastwood Brewing Company, previously known as "Double Barrel", is a family-run nano brewery located in the Eastwood neighborhood of Syracuse, NY. Eastwood produces a distinctive range of classic styles, only available on-site. The tasting room, open every day of the week, offers samples, pints, and growler fills.
